And Again I say REJOICE

My sister, we are blessed today. On this ninth day of the third month in the year R&R(ReCover&ReStore). You may need another reminder, look in the mirror, Do you see it, you are a miracle. Monday we Sang, Tuesday we were reminded that We are God's miracle, Today....I must remind you again. It is time to rejoice. Not over what you see in the natural, but over what you Know in the spirit. The great and precious promises that are yours because you chose Him who chose you. And again I say REJOICE, because you know that illness was not unto death, And again I say REJOICE, because you were given another day to forgive and live, to bless and press to SING your new song. And again I say REJOICE, you don't have to be punished for that sin because of God's grace and mercy. And again I say REJOICE because you know your hope is not in this life only...you know you are only travelling through. And again I say REJOICE because you don't even have to fight this battle of Mind, Body, Soul or spirit...God said the battle is not yours, the battle is about you...but the victory is what you will be given. And again I say REJOICE because of the love that has been given to you, unconditionally, without price or consequences. And again I say REJOICE because our redeemer lives and He has made all things new. This day, new, this momment , new, this opportunity new. And again my sister, this Joy ...New, it is a reason to Rejoice. Again and Again and Again, I say REJOICE...always REJOICE, in all ways REJOICE.

Take a Seat...

Part 3, Page 18, Chapter 2017 it's time to take a seat and see the world with brand new eyes!  Get rid of the lies you heard, replace the word that would negatively impact your thoughts.  Stop running, keep still, trust your heart and commit if you will to the will of the author, He knows the story. You deserve to take a seat and enjoy the moment, live in it, embrace it, cherish it and allow it to become a sweet memory forever in your mind.  Stop running, stop talking, stop and just take a seat.  Clear your mind and breathe in deep, deep until you feel the wind lifting you from that low place and then blow it out, hard and loud so that you hear it escaping from your lungs like a bird freed from a snare!  Turn the page and continue to journey W ithout R egret G uilt or S hame #WRGS .    Remember every now and then to just TAKE A SEAT!
