Finding the REST of the Journey

A new day...to celebrate, to meditate, to anticipate. Today is the twelfth day of the seventh month in the year R&R(ReCover&ReStore). This revelation of the necessity of the REST of the Journey. One of the essentials of the journey, one that is so easily eliminated. When we deny ourselves the REST of the Journey, we end up in very difficult places. It is so necessary to take time; just as Jesus himself did to REST and REFRESH ourselves. The life givers (as women are), we often find that during our Certain Journey...we keep moving, after every low place and high place, after the storms, fire and rain..We just keep on the journey. We should stop for the REST but we don't, we know we are weary, but we keep moving. Everyone is depending on us. We are on the front line and watching the back also. We are needing to fix this and ensure that is ok, all the while, missing out on an essential necessity for the Journey...we need the REST of the Journey.

We must, to ensure our own survival, to ensure that we are able to give life as we were created to, We must, to be able to live to see generations, we must take advantage of the REST of the journey. Necessities for the journey..The presence of God and the promised rest.

Exodus 33:14 -- The rest of the journey is in the presence of God...Let Him order your steps and give you sweet rest. Yes, He has the REST of the Journey.

Take a Seat...

Part 3, Page 18, Chapter 2017 it's time to take a seat and see the world with brand new eyes!  Get rid of the lies you heard, replace the word that would negatively impact your thoughts.  Stop running, keep still, trust your heart and commit if you will to the will of the author, He knows the story. You deserve to take a seat and enjoy the moment, live in it, embrace it, cherish it and allow it to become a sweet memory forever in your mind.  Stop running, stop talking, stop and just take a seat.  Clear your mind and breathe in deep, deep until you feel the wind lifting you from that low place and then blow it out, hard and loud so that you hear it escaping from your lungs like a bird freed from a snare!  Turn the page and continue to journey W ithout R egret G uilt or S hame #WRGS .    Remember every now and then to just TAKE A SEAT!

Looking back over Turned pages....

As I turn to page 25, chapter 2012, I have taken a moment, just a moment to turn back and review some of the previous chapters.  I look back and am reminded of the miracles I have experienced.  I am reminded of the miracle that I am.  As I look back, just a few chapters, I see an amazing story of a woman kept, a soul saved, a heart committed to the lover there of.  As I look back, I see that on several occasions, I did not understand what was going on at the time of the actual writing, but now, I can see that everything is working together for good.  I read over places where the challenges seemed overwhelming and changes did not make sense, but as I read further, I saw the benefit of each and every trial.  I look back and review the pages of this book, the author is brilliant, the pieces did not seem to fit, but He brought them all together.  Just like a puzzle, I can now see every piece fitly joined together.  I did not notice then...

Inside - Out

My sister, this day, it is the twenty-third day in the second month in the year R&R (ReCover&ReStore). We must emerge, inside of us, deep down inside is a treasure that was placed there by God. Your outer shell, is just a place to keep the real you. Your thoughts, your dreams, your hopes and purposes. As you emerge,,, what's inside will come forth. And we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the Excellency of the power may be of ..... That the excellence of the power, which works these in us,... II Corinthians 4:7 Inside-out ...the pressures of life will press the fresh oil from your soul. Inside-out , the fire will burn the surface and bring out the precious gold. Inside-out , look in the mirror, into your own eyes and ask God who she is. Who is she, that lady that is trying so desperately to come from inside-out. Is she happy? Is she friendly? Is she pretty? Inside-out , you know who she is, you have kept her silent because there were so many other ...
