Press

Press!!!! The time is now,  there is no option for turning back!  What is needed now is the Press.  The definition of Press-move or cause to move into a position of contact with something by exerting continuous physical force.  It is a verb, action is required to move from this point.  There is no time for slack or turning back.  The Press is moving us even when we feel like we cannot move on our own.  We are in the Press, we are required to Press, we must accept the Press and we will experience the move.  The next move will greater than any we have experienced before.  The move that we thought we would not see, the move that did not seem possible.  Now we can, now it is...but the only way to the Glory is by way of the Press.  Need to get rid of the wrinkles, straighten out the rough places...Press.  The heat may be applied during the process, but the end result will be smooth all over.  Press...we can, you can, we must, step in, without hesitation and reservation.  Get in there, find your spot, prepare for the greater latter and Press, Press, Press.

Take a Seat...

Part 3, Page 18, Chapter 2017 it's time to take a seat and see the world with brand new eyes!  Get rid of the lies you heard, replace the word that would negatively impact your thoughts.  Stop running, keep still, trust your heart and commit if you will to the will of the author, He knows the story. You deserve to take a seat and enjoy the moment, live in it, embrace it, cherish it and allow it to become a sweet memory forever in your mind.  Stop running, stop talking, stop and just take a seat.  Clear your mind and breathe in deep, deep until you feel the wind lifting you from that low place and then blow it out, hard and loud so that you hear it escaping from your lungs like a bird freed from a snare!  Turn the page and continue to journey W ithout R egret G uilt or S hame #WRGS .    Remember every now and then to just TAKE A SEAT!
