Purposed Destiny
My friend, today I must celebrate Life, Love and a purposed destiny. It is the twenty-forth day of the eleventh month in the year 2010. I stand at this moment, giving thanks for life abundant and everlasting. I recognize that forty-six years ago, a mother who became pregnant could have chosen to give up her little girl, but, that was not God’s purposed destiny for this child. We are reminded quite often in the scriptures that our ways are not God’s ways. He has the ultimate plan for our lives, even before we came into existence in the physical, God knew our purposed destiny. I am Thankful for life and the absolute truth that God truly is in control of my life. Even when we, as humans, make choices that go against the will of God, these decisions can sometimes cause heartache and heart break and even hinder our journey, but the scripture reminds us that even in these times, even when it is our own fault that we are tossed about and driven away from our destiny…we must be patient, for in the end, what we yield is the peaceful fruit. Wow, I give thanks today for life and my purposed destiny. As I surrender my will to the will of God, I can be assured that I am living out my purposed destiny. When I consider myself a vessel for God’s glory and not my own I am living out my purposed destiny. Purposed destiny will move me into places that my human ability could never take me. Purposed Destiny is not logical according to my human nature, it is a supernatural, divine design created by a God who knows my end at my beginning. Purposed Destiny is favor, grace and mercy that I cannot pay for. Purposed Destiny is experiencing success when failure seems imminent. Purposed Destiny is not for the arrogant or proud, it is the reward for the patient and humble. My life, your life, if placed in the hands of the Father of all nations, the master of the sea, the creator of heaven and earth will result in your Purposed Destiny. We were all born with purpose, choosing God’s will for our lives will ensure our Purposed Destiny.
