Think Thanks

Just another day that I have been kept by the Power of God. It is the twenty-first day in the eleventh month in the year 2010. I am reminded today of the amazing blessings of the Lord on my life. Just thinking on His goodness makes me want to say thanks. Think Thanks, when you recognize that your life is not all that bad after all...Think Thanks, when you recognize that you could have been cut off before today...Think Thanks when you can hear with your ears, see with your eyes and feel with your fingers...Think Thanks when you can feed yourself and put your own clothes on. Think Thanks when you have clothes to put on and a place to keep those clothes. Think Thanks when you look in the mirror and realize that you don't look like what you've been through. Psalms 106:1 says it is a good thing to give Thanks unto the Lord. Think about His goodness and you will Think Thanks. Think about His grace and you will Think Thanks. And when you have done that, take a moment and just bless Him. Say like David Said...Bless the Lord oh my Soul and all that is within me...Bless His Holy Name.

Think Thanks my friend and allow your soul to cry out in praise.

Take a Seat...

Part 3, Page 18, Chapter 2017 it's time to take a seat and see the world with brand new eyes!  Get rid of the lies you heard, replace the word that would negatively impact your thoughts.  Stop running, keep still, trust your heart and commit if you will to the will of the author, He knows the story. You deserve to take a seat and enjoy the moment, live in it, embrace it, cherish it and allow it to become a sweet memory forever in your mind.  Stop running, stop talking, stop and just take a seat.  Clear your mind and breathe in deep, deep until you feel the wind lifting you from that low place and then blow it out, hard and loud so that you hear it escaping from your lungs like a bird freed from a snare!  Turn the page and continue to journey W ithout R egret G uilt or S hame #WRGS .    Remember every now and then to just TAKE A SEAT!
