My Friends, I am feeling so full and free on this eighteenth day of the eleventh month in the year 2010. It is such a blessed assurance to know that Jesus is mine and I am His. I appreciate that He gives us choices and options as we navigate throughout this Journey. I often think about how our human emotions, feelings, reacts to the various situations that we face. There is a Trade Show in Progress With every situation, God gives us an option as to how to deal with it so that we can …yield peaceful fruit. We will be tempted along this journey, but the Word says that with every temptation, there is a way of a escape so that we can bear it. My God, oftentimes we just accept what is presented, did you know that God will allow you to do some trading. You don’t have to settle. Yes, there is a great kingdom Trade Show in Progress. One of my favorite, absolutely favorite trades is that I traded in my death sentence for life eternal and on earth, more abundant life. I can exchange my sorrow for the joy of the Lord. I can trade confusion for peace, I can give up bondage for liberty in the Lord, and I don’t have to be entangled again in that yoke. A great Trade Show is in progress, what do you have to give up…Often times when enroute to a promise, it is required that you give some things up in order to gain greater. So, I am trading my empty cup, for the cup of salvation, I am trading my old wine skins for new ones, giving up my carnal thoughts for Heavenly thoughts, being transformed by the renewing of my mind. Giving up myself, as a living sacrifice, it is the reasonable service, the least I can do for the God who gave His life for me. What shall I render unto the Lord for all His benefits unto me…everything and all of me, that is what I can give.
What are you trading in? What are you giving up? The benefits of the Lord will always outweigh your sacrifice and the Blessings of the Lord will make you rich in spirit and otherwise. Proverbs 10:22
