Here I am

Today...it is the twenty-third day in the second month in the year R&R (ReCover&ReStore). Where are you? Where am I? Well I just figured that one out...Here I am. This is my answer to Him, my reply to the Lover of my soul who has been seeking me. How did I get here? In some cases that may be important, but to recognize where you are is more important. I recognize that I am here. Standing on God's promises, His word, kept only by His grace which proves daily to be sufficient for me. His Joy has been my strength, day by day. Mercies have greeted me in the morning, mercies have greeted me in the mourning of my moments of doubt and despair. I stand amazed and assured, amazed and re-assured that He is able to keep me from falling. Here I am, in the midst of another storm, in the middle of a fiery trial, but it is working patience and patience hope...and hope will not make ashamed. Here I am... Waiting, willing and able to be your vessel of honor God. Here I am... Without questioning how, I will follow you. Here I am...empty to be filled, down to be lifted, broken to be mended...Here I am. And today, join me sister...today, I give ME now...today I surrender, with tear stained eyes,,, Here I am, now, Unto you...I give myself...for you alone are able to keep me and to present me faultless.

Yes, it is a great day. Today is the 28th day in the twelfth month in the year 2010. Three days remaining in this year. Today, I have found myself thankful as I recognize that I have a Watermark on my life. Water, it is powerful and life giving. In a dry and thirsty land...we need the living water. I have experienced drought during this year, low times and high tides... I remain grateful for the Watermark that is on my life. If you think about it in the physical, water is so powerful, it leaves traces where ever it has been. A Watermark is a line marking the level reached by a body of water. Maybe on river wall, a building, in the sand at the beach. Just as in the spiritual, when you have experienced the living water, you have a watermark .
